Check if your drivers is utdated, go Google and search GameBooster. Download it and install. It shows you if any drivers is outdated.
If this dosent help try windows menu, rightclick my computer and choose the secound.
Find your graphic card and right click it and choose "update drivers" or something in that line.
if this dosent work i do not know.
Try to fully reinstall minecraft

Don't download third party software to simply update your graphics
However if you're somehow retarded and don't know which graphics card you have and can't use the basic functions of google, then I take it back xD
