Hi all, for awhile now, My brother, Dakester99, has been running a neighborhood thing, I decided to go along with it, and we came up with a rather good idea if i can say so myself. He wanted his own neighborhood with his own rules and stuff, and i wanted to come together and make a town together, so here's what we came up with. We decided we would make 2 separate districts with different rules and stuff, but combine all the residents from each into whats sort of a jointed double town. so yea, we both have different rules to our districts, but we are part of the same whole.
In the picture below, you can see the 2 parts of the town, my district in red, dakester99's in yellow, you can see that his is much more populated, because he's been running his part for a long time, and i just opened mine. Note, this picture is gonna be outdated soon enough, its just to show terretorial boundaries and such.
so now im going to give you all the info about my brothers district, then mine.
Dakeville
Demon Kingdom
Current Residents (compiled from both districts)
Demon Kingdom marked in red
Dakeville marked in orange
as always, post any questions, comments, complaints, suggestions, and plot purchasing below, thanks

Demon Kingdom
- Spoiler:
Owner: Ciphon
Administrators: Fireboy5115, Dakester99
Info: In my district i would like to keep it mostly no-pvp, the wall around the outside is not meant to be an enclosure to make you feel claustrophobic, it's merely a territorial marking and a mob shield, I am trying my hardest to keep all mobs out of the walls as i have lit up the entire part of the inside. In my district the plot line is not your enemy, you dont have to worry every single second you are building if you go over it, my view on the plot line is as long as it doesn't interrupt any other plots, or conflict with the paths i have in place, dont worry about building a bit over your plot line. Also I'm very open to suggestions on improvement towards the town, and I am always looking for other towns and cities to make alliances with.
Rules:
-Please keep your plot lit up to prevent mobs spawning
-You may place signs out side of your plot to advertise and stuff, but not to call someone out, and if you put it close to someone elses plot and they ask you to move it, you better move it.
-You may build from sky level to bedrock, but please dont be making giant mineshafts under the ground, i have a teleporter to a mineshaft far away for a reason. if you wanna know where, ask me ingame ill show you
-No pvping other residents, and only kill people that arent residents if they look like pvpers
-No griefing... ofcourse
Plots:
how i decide prices: [(size,x)x(size,z)/2]-10 so if its 10x10 thats 100/2=50 50-10=40gil
10x12: 50gil (2 open)
16x16: 118gil (SOLD OUT)
10x16: 70gil (1 open)
20x20: 190gil (SOLD OUT)
10x15: 65gil (6 open) this is the main plot found in my district
18x18: 152gil (SOLD OUT)
15x15: 102gil (1 open)
10x10: 40gil (2 open)
20x15: 140gil (SOLD OUT)
