16bit server or Orcworm server?

well it appears that following the server rules does not apply to all. members of 16bit can murder, plunder and grief as if they own the whole server. it is a pity that such a small group of thugs can ruin the orcworm server reputation so easily.
i was informed that Orcworms was one of the best servers, unfortunately the double standards and tolerated bullying from 16bit will continue to discourage new players and donators to the server. Orcworm i hope that 16bit subsidies you for loss of donators.
And yes i share the same i.p. as pegaus1997 as we share the same house, and yes his intial ban was justified. however 16bit then turning their free abuse via abusing tp and powers to repeatedly kill me was uncalled for and has resulted in where it is now.
who is the next target of 16bit

We follow all rules, and if one of us does not, that person gets banned. there is no abuse going on here.

We don't "Bully" anyone. we simply kill anyone on the "List" as much as possible to teach them not to mess with us or our allies, while following the rules.

afaik, it was your group of griefers that attacked redwood (thats what got you on the list ((again, afaik))), and it was US that defended it. infact,

As much as it pains me to say: Knight is right. Besides being complete know-it-all assholes they are also complete within the, ill defined, server rules. I am currently working to change this. So though it out for now because when 1.6 hit there are going to be some changes around here. Whether 16Bit likes it (doubtful) or not.

Sorry for the off-topic: I would personally love to see a clear set of rules that clarify the rather wage ones at spawn or on the site [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Especially to what is considered griefing and what isn't.

Thanks, though I admit those are pretty broad sometimes and up to personal interpretation.

Personally, i welcome a new, stronger, clearer set of rules. im tired of the accusations, and the stupidity that can come from some people just because they "Think" its allowed, and they want to stretch the rule, just to see if it is.

From what i see in 16bit changing from 8bit and reforming themselves, giving themselves rules, i think we will last through for a while.

However they may piss you off if they kill you repeatdly and take all your stuff,
as long as they follow by the rules laid down by staff then everything is alright.
I'm not sideing with anyone just saying that rules are rules follow or be banned...

technically 16 bit pays for the server being that most of our members are donators.

16 bit provides a service to the people of the server, the smaller independant with no zoning are frequently targeted, and we help protect them, is that so bad? also 16-bit do provide alot of donations to this server, i for one have been here for a month or two and have already donated a total of £50 not alot i know, but that is almost enough to run the server for a month, other members of 16-bit frequently donate as well, so is that so bad? a group that protects small cities and independants and heavily contribute towards the server fee's???

@Ruly: The only people who even get on the list are people like mathias. its not like in 8 bit where anyone who wasnt liked by one person was fucked. The people who get on the list deserve it. and all we are trying to do is drive out the idiots and punks out of the server who ruin it for everyone.

You can't claim 16-bitt are good donators, each member of the server has there own choice to donate or not, the fact they join 16 bitt means shit all with the fact that they will donate, if anything you reduce possible new players who are possible donators...
