You teleported to him, apparently without consent on his part or else you would have mentioned it, and he kills you because he doesn't want you there. Surely you must see that Aapl wasn't the one at fault here.

Okay let me get this straight.
A) Aapl, one of if not the biggest asshole on the server, tells you to come check out his out.
B) You teleport to him, despite knowing full well that he can't even be trusted to run down to the shop to get a pack of fags.
C) He kills you
Is this an insanely dickmove on Aapl's part? Yes. Could everyone who has been around as long as you have seen this coming from a mile away? Yes. Is this practice under the current ruleset "illegal"? No.
But I will give Aapl (and everyone else for that matter) hereby a warning. Stop being such enormous assholes and try to get along for a change.
