Mayor Wanted!

I need someone to take control of Placida City while I'm away. Here's the deal: I'll need you to sell plots, resolve problems between the residents, continue the expansion of the city, and generally keep things in order. You can keep all of the money you receive for selling plots, and you may price them as you wish. You have free reign to command the citizens, and edit the city as you please (except for player's homes). You'll call the shots while I'm offline. Running a city with only one person is harder than expected , thats why I need someones' help. Anyone interested? please

I can do it if you want phil, after all I'm technically your neighboring city so it would be more efficient.
