Yar killing me while AFK and in God Mode

Yarwood killed me while I was AFK using God mode. He did not return my stuff and banned me when I told him he was using god. I think this is an abuse of power.

Its my first ban though, can't keep it permanent. I didn't do anything wrong.

He shouldn't have been banned in the first place, people get called out on abuse even if it's false and they don't ban the accuser. I agree he is bitchy but..

according to yar in skype, you tp'd to him and attacked HIM, so technically you are breaking a rule.

I tp'd and about a minute later attacked him. Thats justifiable and he killed me with god mode on. I also did not kill him which is no way violation of the rules. I had the same happen to me in the old map and nobody did a thing to the guy. I think I should get the same dignity here.

actually, there is no time rule on tp killing/hitting. orc said so himself, and even if there was one, the rule for 1.6 is to be 5 minutes, not one minute, so either way, your in the wrong.

not to mention orc also said tp hitting is against the rules, its simply very hard to prove it.

EDIT: prove he used god mode, you cant just cry "/god! admin abuse!"

and plus, this isnt the old map. when we hit 1.6 are you going to break the rules and try to get away with it by saying, "well some1 did this to me on 1.5, why should I get banned?"

From a victim point of view:
I didn't even know you teleported to me, I first noticed when I was taking damage, I turned around and killed you. Note the "TAKING DAMAGE" part - hence, no /god.

Now, from an admin view, I think your ban should remain for atleast 24hrs for
A. TP'ing to me, attacking me.
B. Having the pure stupidity to see me take damage, and yet accuse me of god mode.
