/home glitch/bug

Three times I've had /home gltich and it says I fall to my death when I've checked my /home point and there is nothing that could cause this to happen.

This is quite annoying as you could imagine because most recent time I spent about 30 mins getting 800ish sand to make glass and I lose it all including my diamond shovel when I die and when I spawn I try /home and it will mostly work but all my stuffs gone?

Has anyone else had this issue and is there someway to get my stuff back? thnx in advance

I've had the same issue, just that I didn't die, but I felt down in the ground, to deep to survive, so I died by getting hitted by sand.

Yea thing is I die instantly it's not like suddenly hitting lava where I have a little bit of time to type /spawn before I die and so I can pick everything up when I spawn, it's instant? seems also like I just fall into the nether....

I'm sure Orcworm will fix this soon. Just got to wait til he sees the topic.

I think this whole /home issue is a problem with Notch at the moment, although it may be due to the ExactSpawn plugin I'm using.

There is a temporary solution though, /pw set home, /pw goto home.
...Or whatever the /pw commands are, I'm not certain.

Nope I have died more with pw, BECAUSE if you change blocks around the pw spot you will fall so the best solution is to set pw in spots above blocks not on them etc

Alright, I havn't had any issues so far but i'll keep that in mind and keep a permanent room for /pw.

i thought /pw was disabled. Can it be reenabled for convenience because getting around the server is a pain right now, especially getting to my sky city.

I don't choose to change things just to piss you off, I always have a reason for disabling or altering plugins. This time it's because every time the server crashed it was accompanied with a PrivateWarp cache cleanup in the logs, for all we knew that could've made the server hang.
