Minecraft is officially coming to the Xbox 360 this Fall. When it hits, though, don't be surprised if it's not the quite same Minecraft you've been playing on the PC.
Creator Markus "Notch" Persson has said that his studio, Mojang, will not be developing the game. Instead, a developer that has "done several console games before" will be handling the project, with Persson acting as game designer.
He also says that the Xbox 360 version of the game is not "a straight port", suggesting that the integration with Microsoft's Kinect camera may be more than just a gimmick.
Or a gimmick that ruins a perfectly fine game. Guess we'll have to wait and see!
Proably mean we will have to re-buy the game due to them not being the same game.
