There has been a TP Theft

Hi,
I have recently came online to find that all my expensive items have been stolen.
The chest was not cprivated but as somebody has told me that it is against the rules to tp thieve.
There is no way that they have came through the door as it is all cprivated and locked down.
The person to steal it was stonednello as i hit the chest with a stick and it says he took it.
I asked him about it and he said it was.
Could you please get back to me to say if it was actually against the rules or anything you can do to get it back?

If the only way to get in is through teleporting to a player or compassing through then yes, it's against the rules.

Yeah, i have check the house over. To check for grief or to see if any doors werent privated.
Someone can come and check my house.

Hm, you said the door was locked, and it is indeed locked - yet there's an opening with a ladder going down the inside of the structure...

yeah, but i thought that would be safe as only donators could get on top if i havent allowed them entrance.
