I think it'd be neat if we had a Herobrine NPC that wanders around the server. If that's not possible, I still think he should be on a glass walkway way above the spawn or perhaps in the base under spawn. If he is reachable, I think the player should automatically die if they punch him. Could be good for some lulz.

And yes, npcs can move.. he jumped over several cobble blocks while we were trying to cage him. Was creepy..

I think he should be on one of those half step walls surrounding the spawn. Also he should shoot arrows.
