I admit to stealing a diamond from an unlocked box and adding water to the bottom of a mineshaft

Reasons on why I should get a 2nd chance: It is my first offence and I wont do anything like that again I Thought it was a game, you fall into the mineshaft get the diamond and /spawn before you hit the bottom and die I fell to my death like 6 times before I got it, but my diamond equipment was at the bottom of the mineshaft so I got a bucket of water and got my equipment back I was going to get the water but I forgot I was very tired

Nope. He's Op'd because Orc thought it would be a wonderful idea to give 16-bitters OP, something with which he doesn't even entrust us staff...

And yet MCBans permissions have no link to OP status.

He was actually OP'd to work on something for the server, but assumptions are fine too.
