Ban Reason: Griefing The Honeypot Trap

I do admit to the ban reason:
I destroyed a block of glass in the tower in spawn city while I was fighting lag. I assumed that the block was protected, and thought that me hitting it would be inconsequential. I had no intention of actually damaging any structures, and I apologize for any trouble that my actions may have caused.
I wish to play on this server, as it has been highly recommended to me. I had no intention of causing any trouble, and I thought that the block was protected.
Sidenote: The grief took place over a month ago. I became distracted by things in real life shortly after the incident, which is why I am posting this so late.
