Ban Reason: Griefing

Grief?: Well, I wouldn't say I grieved since it was two "friends" joking back and forth, but towards the end, one of those "friends" reported it has grieving to get my items. So I'd say not grieving.

Reason to get a second chance: Well, pertaining to the grieving thing, I never "grieved" anything. Me and BackhandReaper were messing about like two friends constantly. We were sneaking into eachother houses, breaking minor things like a hole in the wall here, a bit of glass here.

This, "I'm in your house thing happened multiple times and ThePhunMaster is a witness to him coming into my house countless times by bypassing my locks and sneaking around in my mines. I always tell him to get out and he wont. ThePhunMaster is going to reply I believe to confirm this.

Another thing I'd like to mention in defense of Reaper is that he does always replace the blocks I break... Now he accused me of griefing and not replacing his blocks, but heres an image of me telling him that I have tons of glass and I could replace it...

You can tell that I was obviously joking and that he wasn't responding at all.

Furthermore, I believe I have further insight to why he reported this as right after he saw the hole in his farm, he didn't seem to mad, and proceeded to jokingly kill me. I dropped plenty of valuable materials such as diamonds, gold, and various other things that took me hours to mine. He then, after discovering the loot from the kill, had a change of heart and started to say that I grieved.

I believe that he did this to prevent me from getting my items back. Which is item scamming, which I am not pressing charges against him for, i'm just using it as evidence to show that I did not grief anything.

Anyway, in conclusion, many people were there and saw that I was not grieving, I was not trying to cause any harm to anyone at all. I'm 17 years old and don't have time for grieving, or stealing, I'm just looking to have fun while I have spare time. I though Reaper was friend, but today I learned not everyone can be trusted.

Below I believe that PhunMaster, a trusted member of the server, will post as a witness to most of these things.

Also, Shreya Ganatra is Reapers Skype Name, I added him yesterday when I first joined the server, PhunMaster also will testify about that since he has known him longer on skype and in minecraft

In addition to every other bit of evidence and testify, I would like to add the fact that I have been banned before, but it was for breaking a honeypot on accident, It was a funny mistake and timeer2 will testify to that to, in fact you can look at my last appeal.

Overall I hope you take this long appeal into consideration and let a great member of this awesome server come back, I really need to work with PhunMaster on a shop we're making! -Tony

I can confirm all of this. Backhandreaper's skype name IS Shreya Ganatra and he did break into tony's house and wouldn't get out of his mines even though we had both asked to. Tony was just joking around. Also, I think the ban was unreasonable because it was too hasty and the situation wasn't accessed before the ban. (Not saying Slave is bad at being staff. <3)

I banned him because he was reported to me by the 'victim' who also didn't seem to be so happy about your 'joking'. He told me that you said you didn't like his farm then proceeded to destroy several blocks, and went on to say that you wouldn't repair it. I don't mind joking, but both griefing and having the grief reported are serious matters and I handle them as such. Not to mention this is your second ban in a very short time period.

I'll let someone else figure out what to do with you.
Until then, see the wait as further punishment for not considering your friends feelings when 'joking' around by breaking the rules.

Slave, didn't you look at all of the evidence lol? I have a chat from skype saying that I didn't like his farm, and than right after I said, I'm joking, here I have some glass. I have plenty of proof to counter any reasoning, you, or reaper has to ban me. I'm only being democratic about this. I mean look at the evidence lol. If you want to let a higher power be responsible for your own actions, thats fine, and is your choice, because I mean you only did what you were supposed to do. But you should have looked more into what happened.

There was no conclusive evidence that justified the ban.

Unbanned, in the future I would suggest keeping your joking and whatnot out of the game, whilst you may have all the proof in the world now we do not have the time to wait for it whilst checking reported grief damage.
