i got banned

reason for ban: fly mod
i got banned by the server and i am soo sorry
why i should get a second chance: i paid 15 pounds so this server could stay up not for the tp or anything

He wasn't lagging. I watched him rise up and move over the water.
He also talked about it on chat about downloading it and trying it out when people told him not to.

I'll check logs on NoCheat just to be sure. They're MUCH more important than screenies alone in flyhack cases.

This started by him accusing me of flying, when i was using my compass. He then said since flying is allowed, hes going to use his.

He came on, flew a bit, then was banned.

Log shows 9,0,0 - So it was indeed flying and not a glitch.

Dammit, Orcy. I was getting ALL of em but that 9,0,0 was one of em dat stuck out. :3

Suffice it to say, he's a flyer.

So everything 9+ is flyhacking?

Just look for silly things like that.

X,Z = speed hack
Y = Fly hack

Of course, in Zombe's mod, he has both so it's not uncommon to see what peepee did, i.e. speed hacking and flying.

Any number over 3 is usually a sign of something bad.

You could make a new account and donate on that if you'd like. We ban the account, not the player. However, we'd be more than happy to ban that account too if you still insist on flying in our server.

However, your gil is null and void, as is your account on this server.

As for Zoobia, I'll look into logs a bit more extensively. If you have been flyhacking, I suggest you remove the mod sooner as opposed to later.

Awhile ago I believe Patrickfreed accidentally turned on his fly mod, yet he didn't get banned, yet you ban peepee for accidentally turning his on, this just doesn't sound entirely fair to me. And he also is saying he won't do it again. You really ban 15£ donators for messing up that tiny little bit? I just think that's a bit harsh. I mean if it was some noob who just joined it wouldn't matter too much because they haven't put much time into the server, but peepee has been on the server for some time now and even bothered to spend some of his money to support the server. We all make mistakes every now and then. Please just consider what I am saying

Trust me, Ciphon. There were enough logs to prove it wasn't accidental. 1-2 hits on NoCheat in a short time span is accidental. The screenies also show that this wasn't just a freak incident.

In Pat's case (if what you say is true), he's fortunate none of us caught him when he did. Not to mention, we ALL see NoCheat pop-ups as they happen, so if he had NoCheat logs going apeshit, we would have seen it. When did this occur anyway?

Apparently patricks donated around 500 pounds and can flyhack (heard it on chat, not entirely sure.)

Idk awhile ago, he admitted it in chat too. And well... If peepees flying wasn't accidental... Then I guess I have no case here. Now time for me to get off this topic before I get a temp forum ban.

ok, really not looking for a temp ban here, but since its been mentioned a few times here i just figured id ask here. it also helps clarify the thing with pat.

if you have fly mod/speed mod installed, and you DO accidentally use it for like 2 seconds. would you ban right away for that? or would you notice it was just a random accident and let it go? i ask because i use Zombe's mod for SP and a few servers i play on that allow it and every once and a while i forget that my sneak is cntl now and not shift (the key bind for speed hack on zombe mod). i really dont want to get banned for that and if you would just ban for it like that id rather just disable it when on orc (Even tho im a lazy fuck and its a pain to go into the config because of how many times i switch between servers out of boredom)

It hardly matters. We still hold with the "ban account, not the player" rule, regardless as to why they were banned.
