Btw, I'd like to jump in with some relevant information:

Orc and I spoke (well, Orc spoke using my mouth/fingers) to this guy in the past. He wanted his brother unbanned because he got caught by the honeypot... His brother's account was apparently "jakenicolaides2" and so Orc unbanned him straight away.

I guess this is more of a heads up, then, to Albuca.

Yah I saw that, I assume that is his alt.

He aslo greifed my tp complex right outside the house.
I can`t put the picture up, when me or Zioko345 is on just ASK ONE OF US TO SHOW U THE COMPLEX.

Could you get on now or post co-ords?

1.) dont try get my brother involed into this he has his on account he is called jake and live lives somewhere completly different to me in the minecraft world and he meakes mistaes and accidently broke something i think and he had to go onto my account and ask what to do because he couldnt get onto his account so no it bwasnt me on his account.
2.) i did not recall breaking any cobblestone at all ? thats a bit stange if you want il give you 64 cobble stone plus more.
3.) know i know you won t beilve me on this because you all obsively want me banned but this actaully TRUE and does happen to many laptops so bacially i was in the nether and my laptop broke/jamed and when it gets jammed th arm of the person move fprwards and back and breaks everything in its place and i obisely had the gold bloack infront of me and i litterally have to press all the buttons on the key boeard to make it stop now i know you wont beilve me but it is true you can even come round and ask a computor expert and they will show you also if i really wanted gold blocks wouldnt i take more than one? exacly! okay so beilve me because it does happen and it is true and dont know the tcnical name for this but....

2.- We don't care if your brother hacked into your account using ninja techniques; if he's involved; he's involved, if he isn't; it's all your problem.
3.- Returning what you get is easy as hell, specially if you were going in a straight line, since that's what happens when you get jammed.
4.- You did not return the stuff immediately, therefore; we assume you wanted to grief and steal stuff, and you're therefore banned.
5.- Second appeal in a very short period of time, plus a lot of evidence against you.

I'm sorry, but it doesn't seem like you're gonna get another chance.

1.) my brothr is not involeved
2.) i have not grifed in a shordt perios of time you have just cathed me "gief" in a short period of time
3.) i didnt know i stole the gold block my compputor went wierd and i pesume i broke it because i wasa litterally breaking everything as i was jamed and then i fell into lava so i count give it back even though i didnt know i done it]

Appeal Denied
Reasons:
1) Second + Third case of grief in such a short period
2) If you HAD done this accidenatly you would have told a staff member, "Oops! I accedentally boke some blocks in a guys house" and we would have been more than happy to roll it back.
3) Your "my mouse got stuck" story is not believeable to me. You broke the two wool, and then proceeded to steal the jukebox and pumpkin, but somehow avoid breaking everything else ... and you had to go through a tunnel type thing to get to the jukebox and pumpkin anyways.
4) I got nothing against your brother, but your such a nice guy for dragging him into this and blaiming it all on you. Good on you
