Here's a pondering question for those of you who play "Group" games with friends.
Let's say that you're playing a game, and you're the party leader in a group with no open slots. You're in the middle of a dungeon/raid/whatever, and a friend of yours wants to join in and play with you. You have two options.
A: Kick a party member and invite your friend, knowing full well whoever you kicked will have time wasted, or
B: Tell your friend you're busy and finish the run with your current group, and group with him later.
Edit: THIS IS NOT RELATED TO WORLD OF WARCRAFT!
Personally, I would answer with B. I could not kick someone from a group, just because a friend of mine wanted in on the action. Sure they are friends, but it isn't reason enough to waste another players time by kicking them in a partially finished run that they themselves intended to complete.
