Selling La Aquarium! (My City) 20k Gil!

I have been running this city for a fair while now...and have decided that I'd rather not now ^^ So I've decided to sell it as i'm thinking of quitting the server

If you're "quitting the server", why would you need 20k (which is absurdly OP for anything but a major city itself)? This thread fails hard and it's 1 post in.

I'll be EXTREMELY generous and offer 1k, only cuz I'm feeling thrifty.

I doubt an investment of that magnitude (20k) would ever yield enough revenue to even come close to breaking even. Aren't all the plots non-rental and, more importantly, sold?

They are. That's why 1k is overstepping the appropriate price gauge and I'm partly considering lowering THAT offer.

20k for that is just a terrible joke.

I'm far too nice of a person... I really SHOULD lower my bid but I feel somewhat guilt-ridden for you.

Sorry, lowest I'll go is 10k. I have 5k to Sergentpineapple for his trade for a donation, 2k to epvprul3s for being generally really kind to me, and 3000 spare for anyone who i feels deserves it.

If the minimum is 10k, you're likely not getting it sold. Hate to break it to ya.

a good long while? if this is the city i remember you starting then it hasnt been very long at all lol, i've only been on the server what a month or something? (no idea what my join date is i'll see when i make this post) Problem is there isnt any money to be made on a city after its been plotted out and sold, basically you buy responsability and (assumedly) non zoned land??

Hence why my bid is 1-2k when he wants 10-20k. There's no way anyone would exceed my bid without them trolling me.

but i suppose if you bought it you could kick everbody out and re-sell the plots or make em pay tax's lol or you could take out all the buildings and do your staff stuff like testing new nuclear missiles.

Oh, I have my plans for it. However, I'm not pissing away a huge sum of gil just for a semi-useful area of land.

Naw, not gonna nuke it. I DO have plans for it but I think Octo just outright ragequit the server cuz he was caught tp killing. What a shame.
