Incorrect Ban - Jasonator

I sold the house to Jasonator when I made my new mansion. I'd like to request his unban since it is related to me please.

Why would he be polite, this whole situation was bs and a staff member who went ban hunting. Rykleos when Lizardman gets on, liz will handle it, since liz banned they person.

Because Staff deserve respect for all the shit that players puts them through?

If you bothered to read his appeal, I stated what happened and the confusion surrounding the case.

Also, I wasn't "ban hunting" as DoughnutSpanker told me a house (which she said was Ryk's) had been griefed so I handled the situation the best I could with the evidence I found. Kill me for banning someone who uglied up a place that I was told was NOT his own.

cases like THIS are exactly why you shouldnt ban someone for doing something until the person that was offended is talked to. its not like our ability to rollback is limited beyond having logs wiped. Next time waiting for Ryk to come on and asking him, or the suspect would have cleared it up.

Would you like me to post pictures of all the griefs of this house? It was hit no less than 7 times by LPNking and I figured Jasonnator was in on it too as he only removed blocks in a house I was told wasn't his. Most people call that "griefing". Guess what? Griefing is a bannable offense. I was told by DoughnutSpanker that the house belonged to Rykleos (who wasn't on at the time) and ONLY Rykleos owned it. I trusted her as I'm far too busy with my personal life and the bits I GET TO ACTUALLY PLAY MC to know where everyone has a home and who they gave it to (such as in this case). Did I make a mistake? Of course I did. Was I within reason to suspect Jasonnator only griefed the place and it was not his to begin with? I certainly think so.

how about instead of getting all over-reactive, you just unban the victim in this case? everyone makes mistakes lizardman, you dont need to get so defensive, you were doing your job just fine, and you had no way of knowing that rykleos sold the house.

I'm fairly sure he is, indeed, unbanned as I said to do so in his appeal. It just pisses me off that I get shit from peeps, even my own colleagues, over a simple mistake.
