So apperantely I was banned for breaking a honeypot block about a week ago. All I did was break like a mound of 8 TNT covered with lots of glass. I don't see how that's a bannable offense, let alone how that mound of TNT covered with glass would even act as a honeypot.

Re: Ban appeal
On our server, I reccomend you take the chance to read our rules located on the site at orcworm.co.uk, any unwanted edits to someone elses creation is a banable offense. You took the bait on our trap, which is filled with the only banned item on our server. It is our first line of defense against random griefers and it stops people who just like to hold their cursor down way too much on glass. We often grant second chances on most honeypot appeals, and for future refrence we have a post on guidlines for a format on ban appeals.
Also, we have a shortened down version for new members who come to the server in the spawn tower, which explicitly says a summary of what griefing is. May I ask why you feel it should be ok to destroy the glass on anything with the goal of blowing a hole in the ground?

Re: Ban appeal
It's a bit tempting when you see mounds of TNT. I mean what do you want me to do, pretend like it's not there when it obviously is. Anyways say it was a building and then I started breaking blocks that would be a more reasonable reason to ban for, not the mounds of TNT, which isn't even a building. Taking grefing a bit to strictly

Re: Ban appeal
This was both griefing and wanting to detonate the ONLY banned block. NO point saying you didn't know it was banned, it's right at the spawn. Can't miss it.

That is the 'mound' of TNT, for your refrence. Orcworm will decide your fate.

But whats funny is he hasn't actually _appealed_ the ban. Just stated he thinks its unfair.
I dont see why he should get a 2nd chance
Do you?

Re: Ban appeal
I love the players who come on the forum and act like it was wrong of *us* to set traps like that, they obviously work very well.
