Request: judgement on house issue (STAFF)

I request a final judgement on a situation between me and a former resident of an area which belongs to me.

The former resident has removed the majority of the blocks in his residence however I asked that he restore it to the condition it was in before he moved in. He believes that it is not his problem to restore the area to its original condition before I allowed him to move in.

Wasn't your house when I moved in. Was the base for "the interest if the base" as you always say.

Anyway. Aren't conditions for property remove it or it gets taken from you? Take it, no need for it. You had no problem offering the same courtesy for Jarvisd or Karney when you kicked them out.
