My town - Plots

My city has just opened! plots prices are ranging from 45gil to 100gil.
Plot sizes are:
7x7x10 = small plot 45gil
7x8x10 = small plot 50gil
8x8x12 = small plot 60gil
10x10x15 = medium plot 80gil
15x15x20 = large plot 100gil
So far we have no members. The city is next to The_Octopus' city and next to Godjmike's Place.
We aslo have a mob trap and a pvp arena. The town is not zoned but when i become donator (which hopefully will be soon) i will ask for it to be zoned.

Alright, I'm working on an epic project, and your city happens to be right next to it, impairing my ability to finish/even work on it. So, I have a proposal for you. I buy your city. Name your price. Don't be ridiculous either. I have yet to see anyone inside of it and the latest edit I found was on July Second. I only have 7K in game fyi. But, keep in mind that The_Octopus' city only went for 8K. And it had large, completed, inhabited buildings. Here's a few screenies of your city, and my project so far.

It's like a decent looking default texture pack. Which is good for me because a lot of people use default and I like for buildings to look good in all packs. So having an HD one that looks like default is bi-winning for me xD
