When did the server employ eternal day time? Last I checked, this was a survival server. Survival means gathering your materials, living in a world full of monsters, and managing the time you have available. Now the removal of monsters I can understand, because right now they cause severe server instability, which hinders the uptime. However, I fail to see how having eternal day could have a significant performance boost for the server in some way over the regular day/night cycles. Does night time lag the server? Does it cause crashes, or resets? Are there bugs associated with night time? Could you guys give me an answer as to why this server keeps getting closer and closer to free-build?
