admit not admit: i had bought the house from uberblake for 300 gil. i asked him if it was his and he said it was! so i replaced the lapis blocks because it was too fancy for me and not worth being as a floor. he sold me the house and apparently spxify built the house so now he was unaware that uberblake sold it to me. i'm not sure if uberblake's intentions were to scam me or just a miscommunacation to spxify.

I bought it from kalagontas (or something like that) and he said I could do anything with the house (including sell it and destroy it). He said it was ok... So I'm sure it was a misunderstanding.

i had no intention too grief i thought it was now my home. i really would like a second chance because i griefed but i didnt know that it wasnt uberblakes home he sold me

Do/Don't Admit to Grief and why: I admit removing the lapis but i had bought the house from uberblake and i was told i could do anything with it, so i removed lapis.

Reasons on why you should get a 2nd chance: The grief was unintentional, i thought i was the owner of the house since uberblake sold it to me. i even asked him if it was legitly his and he said yes.

There has been a huge misunderstanding, I was the owner of Speex until I sold it to kalantigos. Kalantigos thought the underwater house belonged to the city (which didn't, it was clearly outside of the city boundries), he sold the house to uberblake (the house was mine). Eventually it seems uberblake sold it to kooyboy32, when I joined I thought I was griefed badly as all of my lapis lazuli blocks were gone. In my opinion you have the full rights to be unbanned as it was a mistake, for refunds you should ask one of the sellers/buyers, as I have never gave permission to sell it. The house is now sold to ThePhunMaster with my permission (it was my house, until sold to him), I would like to request the locks on the door + chests to be removed.

It's a misunderstanding case, hopefully you'll get unbanned and you can unlock it yourself. Remember, it's now ThePhunMaster's house, as I was the owner before, you should ask uberblake/kalantigos to get your money back.

If you own the locks you can remove them yourself, as far as the ban is concerned it shouldn't exist, but I can't really blame timeer for it.
