Cant watch videos.

I woke up this morning and was bored so decided to look up some videos on youtube. But when i click on a video, the screen is

black and the video doesnt play. Any help?

google for adobe flash player
download it.
watch videos.

It says google chrome comes with adobe flash player and will update automatically.

tried other browsers? firefox maybe?

Internet explorer works fine...but i despise it.

Go with opera, IDC what geeks say, it's awesome. either that or firefox. we all know chrome is slightly faster than FF, but it sucks balls.

I re-installed it and it still doesnt work.

Yes,thats the first thing i tried.

I fixed it! Instead of restarting it i just turned it off completely.

You best be trolling. Opera is ridiculously bad.

It's a complication with AdBlock. Some popular videos have ads in the beginning of the videos, so AdBlock.. well, blocks them. That's why the videos seem black to you. Unfortunately, videos don't play if the ads don't.

Here's what you do: Disable AdBlock, reload the page, and re-enable it.

I fixed it! Instead of restarting it i just turned it off completely.

Restarting your computer keeps some things that shutting down doesn't. Almost anything can be fixed with a cold bootup.

That's how deadmau5 was born.
