Plugin Question

Hey all, i have a question real quick. What plugin is it that Orc uses for Ranks? well, I mean I know its permissions, but I don't know how to edit the Ranks, Colors, Or custom tags That we have on This server. Can someone teach me? Anyways, I'm trying to get stuff setup for a few of my friends who just bought minecraft, and a bit of randoms have joined as well, and are currently playing on it.

Any help/ Tutor would be great.

for the name colors and tags/ranks you need a chat plugin like herochat and the such which allow you to edit the tag/namecolor in the permissions yml. that all im going to say for now. of course if your willing to pay for the help id be glad to show you Exactly how to do it. ^^

It's iChat in combination with Permissions 2.4ish and it's REALLY easy to use.

meh, everytime i use it, it always screws somthing up somehow. i understand how it works and all but idk, maybe its just one of those plugins that doesnt like me >.<

It's not hard to do permissions, newbs just think it is. Plus I've been doing it for about 5 months now, almost as long as Orcnub.

Implying that Orcnub is doing it right...

Permissions 3.x is shit, the stuff Yeti made was great. It's one of the only things Orc and I agree on that I didn't somewhat copy.

The way GlobalX and the in-game commands are shit, I'll grant you that, but the way users are split from groups is something that should have been in 1.X. Regardless of version: our current setup is... less than perfect.

What have you done that is worth so much that'd you make someone pay?

Configured all of there plugins for them?

Could someone lock or delete this topic? I've finally figured it out.
and i agree 100% with orc. Permissions is a Bitch at times.
