Banner: no idea, wasn't on at the time.
Do/Don't Admit to Grief and why: Well, I don't really know either.
Reasons on why you should get a 2nd chance: If you tell me what I did I'm sure I can provide an answer

getting the same thing as miner12345. MCbans screwing up or did i really do something?

Since Miner is experiencing the same exact thing, and the same vanilla ban reason is given, it would be correct to assume that MCBans is screwing up yet again.
