32kgil per block (flat), the height is for free! Although you can only build 2 blocks up plus 1 block for a basement... If you want to expand that, it's 12k gil times the flat size times the amount of letters on your name plus 1. You will also be charged 120k gil daily for living there, or you can pay 1.2m gil right away a for the whole week! Oh, you also need to pay 500k gil to use any block other than dirt (20k per block, plus 500k per type of block) and 1m for every chest. It's 2.5m for double chests, though. ^_^ Hope you all buy plots in my town! Here are some screenshots!
