Auction then random disconnect?

Wow...This is the second time this has happened to me this time it was with an item worth more! The first time it was only 240g on a few diamonds which never went through due to a fatal java error I had. Gamemaster was so kind as to give me the amount of diamonds out of his own pocket to replace mine. (Thanks again).

Although this time the server randomly crashed on me and everyone else (this happened about 5 minutes ago roughly) I didn't even see my auction go through when we lagged and got disconnected. When I got back on finally I went from 18 Diamond Blocks (57) to 17. It is outragious how this happens. There was no warning...no server restart countdown just a random crash! I have to pay for a crash? That is just plain dumb.

Is there anyway to rollback or get my diamond block back?

It may be 'plain dumb' but I don't exactly decide to evoke a server crash. If you want a guaranteed stable server then play on a vanilla one.

If you have any proof other than your word on what you had then yes, if not, unfortunately no.

unless he has chat logs, i dont think that he would be able get proof... however someone with chat log access could check if he indeed auctioned a diamond block right before some sort of crash... right?

Delete this if you will, but this may sound ass hatish, but it's 9 diamonds... If te person didn't get them that may or may not have won the auction, then get over it? Being an ol' diamomd seller myself a long time ago, I've lost heaps due to glitches and such in plugins, sure you get a bit pissed.. But in the end it's just diamonds... Find some more? Obviously if you've got a few diamond blocks you've got luck on your side..
