Zappaman compensation

(prosecution) I am pressing charges (as zappamans lawyer) against SPGiygas for 5 counts of theft (which may be dropped according to rules) and 1 count of tampering with eveidence. For kicking zappaman out of acheron becuz of a broken tree (which he wont admit to even though theres proof) and stealing his items with no compensation whatsoever for the items. Thank You

There will be proof provided for the tree and there are strict rules in acheron about how if you get kicked out of there for tree crown rule the owner (spg) can take your items so there is no charge agains spg. These strict rules may seem unfair to some but they are the reason for acherons sucsess and organisation. Also there has been no tampering with evindence as the banner is going to post screenshots.

I see no point in discussing this any further. He lied about the tree, his house has been taken down and his rights to build in Acheron were removed too. So what for?

I may here present the one requested prove screenshot asked from zappa's friend nakamura.

I asked him to say a random phrase just before taking the screenshot to prove it is fresh and unedited.

As you can see, the orange text section is triggered by using a bedrock block, which acts as a toolblock on thisserver. It provides changelogs on the block it is hit against.

And as seen in the orange text, nakamura broke two logs. This would be perfectly legal IF he would take down the rest of the tree aswell. But the tree still exists and the crown of the tree does not show any changes made by a player.
This acts as a prove that zappa broke the treerule of acheron, which is explained both by Info_Guy, the npc in the city center, and in the acheron subforum.

The reason for the stricktness of this rule is to keep acheron and its surroundings good looking. If we would go easy on this rule, people would only lumber the logs but leave the tree crowns aloft, which would slightly reduce the quality of the city.

about the items.
Theres an additional rule which actualy does not fall ammongst acheron rules but SERVER rules

stealing from unlocked chests is allowed, thus, everyone who wants to keep their items shall lock their chests.
This makes robbing unlocked chests legal. Actualy a disadvantage for new players who dont know about /cprivate...
but its the only easy way to make this clear. Every change on this rule would only produce much more work for the staff.
