Hey i have an idea since diamonds are going down in price and also donators dont get very much gil for donating( i can see reason in this as it would unbalance the server). I think when you have time you should make or adapt a plugin which adds another tier above diamond (sort of like in the yogcast video dark matter) and to make one ore you cant mine it but instead trade in 9diamonds for one ore but make it so this change is ireversable. This would make diamonds more valuable.
Then i think you could make 4 ores into 1 block of this new substance. These blocks would be used to make ultimate items which costs loads and are very powerfull. This would also give donators a new reason to donate becasue i they donate £10 they get one of these blocks (1block=36diamond) this is alot better than giving gil and also is worth about the same as 1000 gil. Most of these ideas are adapted from the mod equivilent exchange.
