do this:
1. make a single player map witht the seed gargamel

Towards the end of the song I was high up, and saw an awesome valley. Now I want to record it.

Took 2 takes, realized I should install /fly, then saw your post. Well...time to get working

I made it...it's 10 minutes long. Probably gunna take forever to upload to youtube, and I had to add another (Lord of the Rings) song into it to make it last longer. I couldn't get all of it in the vid though. The transition between songs it pretty bad too. Hopefully Camtasia didn't mess it up that bad, and it will actually be a decent product. Anyways, enjoy (soon).

60% there... The only part that really annoyed me about my video was the singing in the theme song (the song I added so I could explore more of the map).
Also. Nero. NOTHING CAN COMPARE TO THIS MAP. Not even Acheron. So if you want to make Acheron as awesome as this, make it under this map where you have a bunch of viewpoints of this amazingness. This doesn't need a texture pack to be awesome.

What format are you recording them in? Others upload much faster and have much smaller file sizes, i reccomend .mp4 if you arent already.
