Do/Don't Admit to Grief and why: I didn't grief, I showed LuminousMouse how to use World Edit and he created a lava sphere.
Reasons on why you should get a 2nd chance:Because I didn't create the sphere in the first place and even tried to remove it without much luck, and want to participate in building the new spawn.

As I said earlier, one week ban. I can't believe you're claiming you 'didn't do it', bLog works wonders.

Last time I checked the spawn did not require TNT / Fire spheres, nor spheres of any block type in the first place.

Just for a notice for everyone else.

I clearly instructed every player the following:

No use of WE with large Radiuses
No use of WE and lava/tnt
No use of WE without a experienced WE staff player present
And Finally, no use of "unknown" WE commands that i hadn't personally taught you, or another player of staff. In this case sphere (i assume i'm right to say no other staff taught you that, as you don't need it.)
