    Hi my ign is keithly. I was banned yesterday for xray hacking. But i did not xray hack. What happend was i was in a cave and i was using f3 to find where monsters are so that i could find sub caves. I had ended up having 9 diamonds and a diamond pick. I did buy one of the diamonds off of gamemaster1494. Annd i was happy so in chat i said "yay 9 diamonds and a diamond pick!" Then shortly after i was banned for xray hacking by gamemaster1494. I hope that you beleive me and let me back on but if you dont then i understand.

    Do/Don't Admit to Xray and why: I did not xray and never do. I had only found 11 diamonds. If i had xrayed dont you guys think i would have found ALOT more diamonds? Besides i was using f3 so that i can find the sub caves in which i could find diamonds and minerals. I hope you guys beleive me.
    Reasons on why you should get a 2nd chance:This is my first ban and i am sorry. My ign is Keithly. I joined yesterday.

    Meaning that he thinks you're innocent and GM has falsely banned you.

    If you did use X-Ray by the way, and you confess to it now, we will be very lenient and will most likely completely lift your punishment.

    Nope , x-ray works , you just need to know how to use it , in 1.7.3 before the update it worked just fine.

    Also players may get chunk errors or use the f3 to see torches and find already explored caves / hidden chests in the spawn.

    And as orc said , yes x-raying is a bit harder now , but it's still possible and it's easy to cover because it's harder to use it. (admin get no more warnings or less warnings depending on the knowlege of the x-ray user and it's harder to prove the usage of it).

    I did not know it was there i just happend to dig in that spot. i know the evidence looks real but its not. I am all legit i do not xray hack. besides if i did wouldn't i go for like stacks of diamonds instead of monsters and iron? Besides every time i went to a sub cave there was a monster.That is how i found all the stuff.

    But look carfully. Every sub cave i dig to has a monster in it. I'm telling the truth.

    There was a skeleton at 1:55. if you look closely you see him attack right after he falls...

    I guess he can have a second chance. Some parts look like x-ray others look like f3.

    I agree with Yarwood. I was with GM at the time this was happening and actually informed GM of it happening so he could record it. Personally, I think the evidence is solid and confirms the accusations of X-raying.

    Look guys I know the rule for not posting in the appeal if it isn't needed/something else. But I allways look at the complaits and by the looks of it I'd say this is just f3, every "sub-cave" he goes in there is a mob. I know this means nothing but I think that to give a punishment for something with "flawed" evidence (not pushing at gamemaster) is unfair. And I personaly think he should be unbanned.

    I'm not going to lie. His statement is valid. There is a mob at every place. For example at 1:15 (or whatever), where he digs down and i said he saw gold/iron, he was looking at where the skeleton was. So, if anyone wants to fight me on it, i say Appeal Accepted...
