I keep seeing screen shots taken in minecraft.... how are they taken, and where are they located after being taken?

I use FRAPS, but the standard ctrl + printscreen will also work I think, as well as shift + f2 (May be ctrl + f2).

I hold in F1 then press F2. That will create a folder in your MC directory named screenshots and place them in there.
