This was pretty random at first, I wanted to make some sort of mob trap out of the spawners I got, while building some random building I thought, that some Zelda inspired dungeon would be pretty sweet. So I changed my plans.
The Swamp Dungeon is located at my House in the 1.8 district, it's going to be some kind of Minigame where a single player or even a group of players can explore this going-to-be enormous dungeon.
There will be restrictions of what you can do inside the dungeon AND you are only allowed to enter it when I am online.
The restriction will be like: You are not allowed to place any blocks, you are not allowed to destroy any blocks except of Gravel, don't bring any of your stuff, except food, into the dungeon.
Anyway, the dungeon will contain these features:
- Puzzles (Most likely Redstone + Piston ones)
- Survival Rooms (3 different types of spawners will be inside one of those rooms, and once you enter it you will need to survive a specific amount of time before the next door opens.
- Redstone Torches to unlock Iron Doors.
- Traps
(More to come, maybe)
If you manage to finish the dungeon without dying, you will be rewarded with a nice treasure and the "Swamp Dungeon Master" Title
Now for some screenshots of what I've done so far:
- The Entrance:
- Main Room:
- The Gravel and the Lever:

Blue Cave Spiders come from that gap in the Wall!
This door has to be opened by the Lever which is somewhere hidden under all that Gravel!
- It's Redstone, idiot!:
TREASURE! Oh wait whats that?
A Redstone Torch? D:
A locked door...
Not so locked anymore
- Some more partially unfinished stuff:
Some room which I've been working on before I made this thread.
A Crumbled Staircase
Best Texture pack to use for this is "Dokucraft: The Saga Continues (High)" for this dungeon.
