Apparently I'm Banned?

Hey everybody! I logged on tonight at 8:35 PST after getting home from a key club 12 hour event (Service Organization) to see I've been banned? May I ask whatever for, who initiated the ban, and how I can get it released. My thanks to the great Orcworm staff

You were banned for using a xray hack or a xray texture pack.



Above is an example of various pitch black tunnels leading in semilinear patterns to ore. If this does not appear to be enough to convince you that we caught ya, then me or another staff member can obtain more evidence.

I like to recycle torches (place them, and then dig them back up on the way out)

Above are the logs of an area of 10 around deposit 2, I don't see any torches being created/destroyed around that time... Even if it was bright with torches, you directly mined to ores. You basically lied to me about the torches, another staff can confirm my findings with the torches (xyz are in video)

Agreed. Torches or not, you dug directly to ores. DIRECTLY. Down mainly. You don't mine that way normally. Only xray does that. I say perma-banned.

Okay, so then I'm permanetly banned? Even If I say that I will never use the x-ray mod again? Which I do. I only ever play on this server and even went as far as to donate... But if thats your final decision, then I respect it, and I guess I will just have to find some server that is probably not as good D:

Also, this is only my first offense... Don't know if that counts for anything, but just thought I'd put it out there.

Because XRAYing is a REAAALY serious case, we 99% of the time do not unban. The only way to get unbanned is to donate.

That makes sense, I stopped x-raying after I first joined the forum (about) after my friend, who also plays on chaos and gave me his .minecraft to use (which had the x-ray on)told me that it was illegal and that he had stopped.

Please don't post in appeals. It is cheating.

It's like using an aimbot in an fps. You're not stopping anyone else from aiming manually but you're doing a damn better job at the game than anyone else can hope to do without one.

So as a conclusion I'm banned until I donate more??

EDIT: I think someone has to clear your chests/inventory/money before you get unbanned.

It's chaos so it isn't really as easy to hold onto a lot of diamonds, and a preliminary searches of his chests do not show any large amounts of diamonds. A unban is fine, if Orc feels otherwise he can take an action to remove said items. But in my opinion it isn't really necesary. Second chance given.
