every time I try to login to Orcworm it says there was in internal socket error. Why? have I been banned?

hold on a min, i just checked minecraft.net, it seems fine to me, I can also log in and stuff but can't connect to the server because it keeps saying "Took too long to log in!"

Same I have it downloaded to my desktop so I could always access single player but with multiplayer it either sais an error code or freezes waits a while then sais took to long to log in.

Its still a problem with minecraft.net. I think server's checking accounts is down... so very little people can get on... Server's checking accounts is super slow atm i think.
