Ban Reason: Tp kill?
Banner: Jar And Rar
Do/Don't Admit to Grief and why:: I Don't know what I did wrong, seeming that I never really intentionally meant to TP kill.
Reasons on why you should get a 2nd chance: I have never abused my powers before. And this so called "TP kill" Wasn't intentional. Both I and nuttn were banned. Both him and I were just exploring the world when he said, "Wow! Look at this!" So out of curiosity I teleported to him. We were admiring this really big bridge, when we spotted a name. So we killed that person, I don't know if this has anything to do with the person I was killing. But I would like an Un-ban, seeming that I was not conscious of aiming to TP kill, Since I never really was. I believe this to be a very big Miss-understanding on what happened, Jar and Gamem were both in the house at the time with this Kill, No compasses or Illegal tp's were used either. I never teleported to the person I wished to kill, because I wasnt wanting to kill anybody via tp. Just me and nuttn were looking around the world due to boredom, and spotted a name. Simple as that. If you look in the logs, It will show I only teleported to Nuttn, which Of course I stated above that we were roaming the world.
Both I and nuttnbuttrouble are very confused.

Okay? But did you even bother to read my appeal? I said that we were world roaming, We tp'd each other every time we found something cool. We would tp each other when we got lost. When we finally hit the bridge, we saw a nameplate and walked into the house that we saw the nameplate in. All doors were open.
"Of course I stated above that we were roaming the world."

The truth is you were using /tp to aid yourselves in PVP Combat..

The "roaming" part may be true but as soon as you started attacking him, neither of you should've used "/tp" at all.

No, we weren't yar. the tp's were to get to each other, because we were lost as I said before. The tp's were for roaming, and Roaming only. We had to get out of the house we stumbled upon, didn't we? Nuttn compassed off onto a floating platform which resulted in a death at the end of the logs. I tp'd to him right as he fell.

Also, one of you two were camping outside of fk69's house and the other was tping to that person and then killing fk69

Gamem was right there, sir. So was jar. We were both inside the house. There was no TP'ing to each other when we were in the house. And in the chat logs, you can see I asked If spawn camping was illegal.

There's Nearly a 20 Second difference. It doesn't take long for one to sprint and stumble upon someones home.

we were together at the time when we went into the house it was open with stone plates so we were able to walk right in then went down the stair case into his room and killed him no tps we used to get into or kill or any of the sort and we didnt take anything so no harm was done so why are we wasting time when we did nothing illegal and yar you were not even on so why did you ban and not one of the staff members that was already on and there in the house like jar and gamem

I've never abused my powers before though, neither me or Nuttn have. This wasn't meant to turn into a TP kill. We were just world roaming as I said before. I've also noticed that the logs you posted are out of order in sequence of what happened. This entire thing is a Huge Miss-Understanding. I wish to be Unbanned.(Why am I banned from the chaos server? I never did anything on there.) This type of thing will never happen again.
I'd like to offer 14 diamond to the kid who I killed so that I may get unbanned. The kid who I killed lost no value.
