i was banned

after dj something repeatedly killed me by open doors and stabbing with a diamond sword
i broke 2 cobble stone blocks which weren't claimed to kill him because he was being a total dick
then after yelling at me and threatening to ban i went back after he logged out to repair the damage but right as i go to fix his house he logs in an kills me
yet somehow this is my fault and i am punished
i have played on this server for many weeks and i don't think i should be banned or even temp banned for the offense
yes i broke blocks but they were unclaimed so it is more his fault then mine so he needs to qq

Its a temporary ban, suck it up and wait it out. also, "claims" don't apply in the non-factions server.
Also, Lies and slander wont get you far in a ban appeal.

Grief is grief, and none of my house is protected, its a chunk of cobblestone with some chests in it. And you can pull screenshots if you want, If it would bring you some kind of "satisfaction" from it, Although people will just laugh at how butthurt you appear.
