Similarly if a banned player connects on a different account with a matching IP, that IP is firewalled.

OMG jhart is my little brother's friend who is sleeping over today. He has logged in from a different Las Vegas IP, because he doesn't live in my house, he lives with his family in an entire different neighborhood. I can take pictures of them all and send them to you to prove their different people, if that would help to further assure you.
