Portforwarding Modern Warfare 3

Hello everyone, I am having a unique problem with playing MW3 online multiplayer.

I cannot connect to the multiplayer matchmaking server, so I went on www.callofduty.com and clicked support. It told me I should portworward the game. Here is the page: http://goo.gl/aGaE5 and http://activision.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/activision.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=77715
I live in a rural area with no telephone lines (Baldy before you ask, yes Elliot Lake has telephone lines in the city area but I live in a new sub-division area of the city) so I am forced to use this as a means of Internet and telephone access: http://www.bell.ca/Mobility/Products/Ericsson_W35_Turbo_Hub

Its a wired/wireless router and functions on a cellular signal to get services. Its shitty, not that fast, and has a limit of 8GB of data each month. I am still able to access my router settings by typing in my IP in my URL bar. I tried portforwarding MW3 last night with not much luck. I know how to portforward but I think I'm doing something wrong. Il post screenies of my router settings screen when I get home. What I want is someone to point out what I'm doing wrong or if I should do something else. Please do not spam this topic, I'm looking for a serious answer to my problem. Thank you very much. -Ryoman

Try enabling UPNP on your router if it isn't enabled already.

I'm not sure if UPNP is supported on my router. I looked through all the settings and didnt see anything that would enable it if it even exists. I'l post my event log when I get home. Battlefield 3 and Black ops worked fine but MW2 and MW3 never worked online.
