Ban appeal on behalf of Bhgl

Ban Reason:Fly Hacking

Do/Don't Admit to Grief and why: There was no grief involved, my friend whom I know in real life Bhgl was accused of fly hacking on the old map (1.5_01)
Reasons on why you should get a 2nd chance[/b]: Because he is an honest minecraft player, he really wants to play on a server with me but I don't want to play on another one so I would like for him to be unbanned. Here are the logs from the day he was banned:

Bhgl was banned a long time ago, not long after i joined this server.
No evidence was ever provided of him flyhacking. I have spoken to him and he agrees to read and follow all the server/forum rules. I realise this is a very old ban but I ask that you at least look into this and consider him for an unban.

I don't know if you have noticed, but I have never seen someone get unbanned if someone else appeals for them.

It makes no difference. I have access to his forum account and he asked me if I could appeal for him. I just want to get this resolved, whenever he goes on a server he is burdened by that mark on his MCbans record. He has no other bans other than this one.

Donators have never had the ability to ban, fortunately. Moving onto your ban... 20th March, MCBans did not even record who issued the ban during that stage of the plugin's life. Your ban will not be removed, try not to wait 120 odd days before appealing something in the future.


121 days later nothing has really changed...

I'm not exactly sure how a local ban is a 'burden' on anyone, I have some classics on my record:

Its a burden because when someone uses ./lookup to see his MCbans record It shows a "fly hacking" ban. People see him as a hacker; so really who wants someone who hacks and cheats playing on their server? And yes, like i said this is from a long time ago. I'd really like to have him on.
