So the other day I was playing and needed to make a huge wooden platform for the replica of the Globe theater I'm making. so i asked Yar if I could pay to use the wand tool. I asked and asked about it being legit and not fake, and he said it was. So I payed him 2000 gil, and come to find out he gave me a run of the mill, wooden axe. then continued to lie to me about how it was real. i was wonderingif this is legal and if so can i have a refund. look at the logs for proof of payment. And could this be power abuse?

Not power Abuse, but someone lying to another player. he is making it believable since that person is staff, which then makes the sender think it's legit, as the kids might say these days. Though, what Yar did was extremely rude and he continued to lie about it. I was there when it happened, I even told nuttn not to do it because Yar's just a lying scoundrel. But Nuttn still went through with his lie. I agree that Yar should refund you however that wooden axe for him is the wand the thing is that for you World Edit is disabled, however if you were to give him a wooden axe that you made it would work as a wand for him not for you. Yar was trolling you.

You give him the official, UNDAMAGED axe that he gave you, and he'll give you your money back. You still payed for that axe, just a really overpriced axe.

I made it very clear that the only way it works is by "holding left click on wood" and that it will "break wood more quickly than by hand".
