If someone builds onto a city without permission, and onto plots that don't belong to him, is it leagel?

If the 'city' is clearly marked and someone has literally built inside it then no. It's like opening someones house and putting your chests there or something.

I meant that they built across the city. YarwoodUK banned him and I got to take it apart.

It was sand, dirt and wool -_-...
Also, the "city" is just a couple of chests that were unlocked sitting in the middle of nowhere on the other side of an impressive wall. The entire mountain is hardly something you can claim as a city, and the blocks weren't exactly obsidian.
I understand that you didn't find it as humorous as I did, but I mean, common.
Anyhow, sorry you were offended.
