Anyway. A second time makes your story less believable. If your going to get unbanned again, i highly suggest to tell your brother the rules of the server if your going to let him play on your account.
If not, close minecraft entirely and type in your password manualy each time you log in to prevent him from highjacking your account.

This is the damage I rolled back. Understanding the person clearly doesn't know how to read rules, even if his "brother" did the grief, I say no unban. If one cannot follow the rules to get unbanned, as well as the "my brother did it" explanation, I vote no.
