Randomly banned for no true reason... again.

Do/Don't Admit to Grief and why:/b]: So. I just logged in like normally, and it says that I'm banned. I did nothing, this is the second time this has happened. The only thing I can think of relating to "griefing" was that there was a random, somewhat tall 1x1 fence spam-tower in the middle of a tree reserve next to yar's house (or, i think it's yar's.) Since it was in a tree reserve, I climbed the trees, took it down, and i was with dagrocks. Dag marked the spot with a cobblestone block, i think, and he told me to leave the top piece, i guess as evidence or whatever. I couldn't get it anyways. I also asked for permission before removing that spam tower.
[b]Reasons on why you should get a 2nd chance: I did nothing wrong, just logged in and i was banned. So, if you'd mind, this is really the only server I play on, or have ever done anything on. So... I'd rather not have that taken away.

Yes, that's EXACTLY what I mentioned in my appeal. It was a spam tower at a tree reserve, there's even a sign there saying it was, and that unauthorized creations here may be removed or whatever.

Actually, it falls into my zone, for some reason it let you destroy it, I left it there as a marker for the corners of my zone.

Out of curiosity, who gave you permission?

As for the sign about "may be removed" - that's "may be removed" by staff, not players.
