nuttnbuttrouble TP Kill

At 12:37 AM EST today,. Tuesday, November 29, 2011, I was selling UrMomsMoat a Cave Spider Spawner of mine. He was there with me whilst we made the transaction.

Nuttn was telling UrMomsMoat to be careful cause I might kill him when UrMoms teleported to me; He said this because I killed nuttnbuttrouble earlier this day and he was a little upset about it.

While UrMomsMoat and I were making the transaction, nuttnbuttrouble had teleported to one of us with an Iron Sword out. So I proceeded to attack him as I did not wish him to be there. While attacking him, he proceeded to kill me.

Killing me is in violation of Rule A under Part 1: Regarding Killing of Section 1: Rules regarding teleporting.

A) From here on in, it is now a violation to /tp , /bring /put and either attack or kill anyone.

According to the rules, what he has done was a violation of these rules. So, I am writing this complaint.

Faults in that ruling
1. he attacked me first I was defending
2. I was there for quite a while, as in a good 15-30 seconds at least when they were making the deal
3. I was only there for moats protection
4. I tp'ed to moat not you, and moat never cares if I tp to him
5. so was I suppost to sit there and let you take my stuff for a second time today, nope I wasn't going to let that happen
6. You didn't tell me to go away so I didn't if you would have asked I would have done
7. Chill bro you lost a apple and a lb block, which i will happily refund

Yeah if you attacked him it isn't illegal? Is he supposed to stand there and let you attack him?

Thought he woulda had to compass away or somethin'.

Anyway, we kinda worked it out in-game. I guess it could be locked.
