Why was I banned?

Not really sure why, I just got banned.

I'm sorry, I didn't think I was doing anything wrong. I saw a house that looked griefed already so I just took what was there, I didn't mean to actually destroy a house. I only took the mossy cobble to salvage what there was from an already destroyed house. The other missing blocks arn't from me. I came from a server with different rules and I'm not used to this one's yet. I would appreciate a second chance if you would be so willing.
