yarwood being an douche canoe

Yarwood has been tp'ing to me all day long tp into my house,my tower,around cities and following me in the middle of nowhere...
he just tp'd to me and killed me... outside of some city... i was walking out and when i was looking around he suddenly appeared after i just seen him on the inside of the city from looking over the wall.. after i jumped off the wall he appeared and killed me...
then he said he didn't do it...kinda pissing me off and i dont want him following me and making shitty excuses on why he did I DO NOT WANT HIM NEAR ME i would rather just be able to play the game instead of being followed 24/7 makes me not want to play on this server...
i came on here to have fun not be watched all the time

p.s orc cuz i know u will read this i most likely will be donating like 25$ ca. tomorow so i getta be donator just saying

Devan.. I'll start with:

I was in Gamemasters city, and saw you - noticed you were going towards the exit, so I followed you all the way outside, whilst creeping, not once did I see you turn around or notice me..

It's hardly 24/7.. I thought I saw Gamer + SuperWalrus flymodding, so I stuck around for about 20mins earlier when you were ganking, after Giffmeister reported you to be griefing (Later found out to be a false report however)..

It's also not just you I've been following, I figured you, Gamer, Superwalrus, Baldy know eachother so at random times I was just checking.

Anything else you want me to clear up on?

flymod? bullshit dude he has the glass jumping thing BECAUSE HE IS DONATOR. i think a mod should know what rights different ranks have, or at least the ones under a mod would have so they dont go around blaming and /banning people because they dont know permissions.

Who are you to get involved. I haven't banned anybody without due reason, and when I did, I asked other mods and even Orcworm if it was right to do so. As for Flymod - check the screenshot, I had valid reasons..

umm a side note to this (i had just published a note previous to seing this...) i think that sounds like miss use of "mod powers" unless it is okay for people to go godmode and kill anyone, can someone please clarify this rule.

This whole thread is bullshit. I don't see Yarwood complaining that four people were sat at the top of a tower, rapid-firing arrows upon anyone unlucky enough to walk past it.

Worth nothing that the only entrance into the tower was locked, thus you would have to grief to get into it.

If you didn't catch the idea of my post I will reiterate. I'm trying to make a point of how dumb this is, the server log has no note of Yarwood TP'ing to you or anyone else to kill them. No-one makes a fuss when you kill them, yet when the tables are turned you suddenly feel the need to create a thread about it, moreso if it was a Mod that took part in PvP on a PvP server.

Im guessing your not getting the fact that there is lag on the server we play on.

To end the quote triangle. Yes there's lag on the server, but like I said before, to re-enforce the fact that you aren't reading my replies fully, I saw others moving with Gamer still suspended in mid-air.
And no, before you accuse it of being a one off, I saw him freeze in mid air a couple of other times too (from the ground -> upwards).
