Invisible Player killed me, now what?

(First of all, I don't exactly know if this is the right section for this kind of topic so please excuse me if im wrong)

Today it happened to me that someone killed me, unfortunately that person (I do believe his/her name was 'Ninjaplz', also I'm aware that the server is a PvP one and everyone can attack anyone any time) was invisible due to a bug or something so I couldn't defend myself.
I told the person about that he/she was invisible and asked kindly if I could have my stuff back, without response.

I then asked Jarvisd if it is fair deal to keep the items of a player who didn't see you because of a bug wich made you invisible(?).

He said I should post this problem on the forum.

I lost alot of Diamond stuff: Full Diamond Armor, Diamond Sword, Diamond Pickaxe, Diamond Spade. I also had some other stuff wich I can't remember but isn't that much important. As a proof I luckily made a screenshot before this happened.
(BTW I'm using a fixed version of Doku's RPG Pack and some other mixed up things, but that really is Diamond stuff im wearing/yielding there)

@ Orcworm: I used the 32x32 Doku's RPG pack just like mentioned, got some different Icons for the Items and done some other fixes by me.

@ PetePorty: Why is everyone saying it looks like crap? I think it looks pretty good. I bet you are one of those "Photo Realistic" pack users right?

Nice texture pack, distinctive look to it. I use mixcraft right now and it's good, but I might try this Doku's for a change.

What the fuck am I reading? Doku's? Painterly? Even the vanilla texture pack is better than those two. Frenden's, Piehole or Pixeludi for the motherfogging win!
